Our Christmas turkeys are slowly grown and pasture reared here on our small farm in Hampshire, with plenty of time outdoors and a varied, locally sourced diet.
Wholesome, local, nothing wasted
Alongside a diverse range of locally grown grains, they enjoy seasonal produce from our farm and the surrounding area: vegetables left over from our neighbouring market garden, pumpkins and apples from local orchards. Good produce that might otherwise go to waste.
Twenty six weeks, never rushed
We believe in giving our birds time to grow slowly and naturally over 26 weeks, rather than rushing them to maturity. The result is a wonderful centrepiece for sharing with family and friends, with plenty left over for festive meals in the days that follow.

We're particularly proud that our turkey was awarded a 2026 Great Taste Award, recognising the quality of the bird we've carefully reared here on our farm.
